Refund policy

All StellarSheets products are digital downloads (Google Sheets templates) delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we're committed to making it right if something goes wrong:

• Technical issues — If you experience a problem accessing, downloading, or opening your template, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello.stellarsheets@proton.me and we will re-deliver your file or provide a replacement.
• Wrong item delivered — If you received the incorrect file, we will send the correct one at no additional charge.
• File corruption — If your downloaded file is corrupted or unusable, we will provide a working replacement immediately.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases after the file has been accessed, or incompatibility with non-Google Sheets software.
